Terms of Service

This document constitutes a public offer by LLC MajstorMe (hereinafter: the Platform, we) and governs the relationship between the Platform and users of the MajstorMe service available at majstorme.com.

By registering on the site or using its features, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.

The Platform provides an information service for finding and connecting clients with handymen (providers of domestic and professional services). MajstorMe is not a party to transactions between clients and handymen, does not employ handymen, and is not responsible for the outcome of completed work.

In the current phase (Phase 1), using the Platform is free for all users.

Registration is required to use most features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration and to keep it current.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account for violations of these Terms, posting false information, or abusive content.

All users agree to:

• Not post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Not use the Platform for fraud or illegal activities.
• Not collect or process other users' personal data without their consent.
• Treat other Platform participants respectfully.

All payments for services rendered are made directly between the client and the handyman without Platform involvement. MajstorMe does not receive or hold user payment funds and is not responsible for payment disputes.

In future development phases, the Platform may introduce paid plans for handymen. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.

The Platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or timeliness of services provided by handymen. Users interact at their own risk. See the Disclaimer section for details.

All rights to Platform content (design, logos, source code, texts) belong to MajstorMe. Copying and distribution without written permission is prohibited.

By posting content on the Platform (photos, reviews, descriptions), you grant MajstorMe a royalty-free license to use it for the purposes of operating the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Notice of changes will be posted on the site and/or emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or shut down the service with 30 days' notice to users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes are resolved in courts at the Platform's place of establishment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
